For equipment manufacturing industry,the system may include seven indicators：visiting,technology,information diffusion,business function,customer service,appearance and distinguishing feature.Through the system,weighted factor method is used to evaluate the portal websites of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Liaoning Province and then draw a conclusion.Based on the discussion above,problems are found and countermeasures are brought out for reference.
