随着3G技术的飞速发展和智能手机多媒体功能的开发与应用,手机报纸、手机杂志、手机电台、手机电视等移动多媒体信息传播载体借力3G技术催生第五媒体蓬勃发展,使手机网民尽享快餐文化带来的精神愉悦。作为教学、科研和人才培养的重要基地,高校图书馆要顺应高新科技的时代浪潮,抢抓契机借力3G技术积极构建移动图书馆在线服务体系,使之成为大学生的第二课堂。
With the rapid development of 3G technology and the exploitationapplication of smart phones′ multimedia function,the communicative carriers of mobile multimedia information such as mobile phone newspapers,magazines,radio,mobile television,together with the aid of 3G technology have contributed to the full swing of the fifth media in its development,making handset netizens cheerfully enjoy the fast food culture.As the fundamental base of a teaching,scientific research and talents training,university libraries are supposed to conform to the era of newly high science and technology,by the means of 3G technology,to actively construct the online service system for mobile libraries,thus making it involved in the college students′ second class.
