学生管理工作是高校管理工作的重要组成部分,是提高教学质量的有机组成部分。良好的管理可以促进学生全面发展,有利于建设和谐校园。根据我院的办学理念与培养目标,结合经济系特色,探索出适应本系特点的学生管理工作模式是教育者和管理者共同的责任。

Student management is the important parts in university management work,is the organic component of improving the quality of teaching.Good management can promote all-round development of students,is favorable to the construction of harmonious campus.According to the idea of running a school and training objectives,combined with the characteristic of department of economics,exploring student management work pattern of department of economics is common responsibility to educators and managers.
