摘要
基于黄超提出的契合影响组织执行力的五大要素"目标,个人,团队,流程方法和激励方式",文章将高校二级部门执行力指标体系分为一一对应的五大模块,结合Delphi专家评定法与模糊综合评定法,确定指标及权重并逐一评价,探索性地提出了高校二级部门执行力评价指标体系的构建方案。
Based on Huang Chao′s fitting-affect-organization′s execution of the five elements,"target,individuals,teams,process methods and incentives",this paper will divide evaluation index system for secondary department of colleges into five parts,"goals,personal,team,process methods and incentives",combined with the Delphi expert assessment method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the indicators,weights and each evaluation,exploratory putting forward the program about the construction of evaluating execution index system for secondary department of colleges.
