摘要 高等职业教育的人才培养应以能力培养为主线,在《可编程控制器技术及应用》课中采用以项目或任务为载体的"五步教学法",可以加强对学生方法能力、专业能力和社会能力的培养。在电气自动化专业近三年的试点中,发现"五步教学法"对提高学生学习积极性、加强创新能力、团队合作精神等方面效果显著。文中从"五步教学法"的内涵、实施安排、考核评价及成效等方面进行阐述,对从事一体化教学的教师具有借鉴作用。 Training of higher vocational education should be based on ability as a main line.In the PLC Technology and Application we used the "five-step teaching approach" in which the project or task is used as the carrier,the "five-step teaching approach" can enhance the students′ method ability,professional ability and social ability.In the past three years we did a pilot test about the "five-step approach" in the electrical automation,we found that "five-step approach" had a significant effect upon improving students′ learning motivation and strengthen the training of innovation ability and the spirit of cooperation and other aspects.The author elaborates on the content,implementation arrangements evaluation and effectiveness of the "five-step approach".This paper will give a reference to those teachers who engage in integrated teaching.
