Falsification of Graduates' Application for Employment and Integrity Education——A case study of the reforms and practice of integrity education in Yanbian University

关于毕业生就业应聘材料弄虚作假现象频发问题,已引起了广大高教工作者的重视,因此加强毕业生诚信就业教育已刻不容缓。造成毕业生就业应聘材料弄虚作假的原因是多方面的,所以,只有提高思想认识,加强品德教育,建立信用档案,缓解就业压力,才能卓有成效地实现诚信就业教育目标体系。

Frequent falsification of graduates＇ application for employment has aroused the attention of educators of higher education.Graduates＇ integrity education is now of great urgency to be strengthened.The causes of such falsification are various.In order to accomplish the educational objective of starting a career with integrity,the following points are decisive： to improve the ideological understandings;to enhance the moral education;to build credit records and relieve employment pressures.
