With the rapid development of the national vocational education and the demand for health personnel,health vocational schools as an important base of training high-quality,high-skilled technical personnel with health knowledge has trained a large number of talents.Combining many years of teaching experience,the author summed up the corresponding measures to help young teachers of health vocational school become the backbone teachers as soon as possible.
