摘要
影响学生学习的心理因素主要是智力因素与非智力因素,在高职教育中非智力因素对高职学生的学习效果、能力的培养有很大影响。本文根据高职教育教学的特点,并结合学生学习过程的实际情况,阐述了兴趣、习惯、情感、意志和性格等非智力因素在教学中的作用,提出重视学生非智力因素可以在实验、实训教学中提高学生的操作技能,培养学生严谨的工作作风和实事求是的态度。
Mental factors and non-intellectual factors directly affect students' psychological factors.In vocational education,non-intellectual factor has a great effect on vocational students' learning effect and ability training.According to the features of vocational education,combining with the actual situation of teaching and learning process,the article presents the role of interests,habits,emotions,will and character and other non-intellectual factors in the teaching and learning,and puts forward that non-intellectual factors can improve students' operating skill,and develop their serious minded and matter-of-fact attitude in experimental teaching and practical teaching.
