新生代农民工已成为一个规模庞大的特殊社会群体,他们是城市新兴的工人阶层,却享受不到与市民同等的待遇,长期处于身份得不到认同、权力得不到保障的生存困境,长此以往容易引发和谐社会建设的隐患,甚至产生对抗甚至报复社会的极端行为。正视新生代农民工市民化的困境,探求其融入城市的可行性路径,已成为和谐社会建设的重要课题。

The new generation farmers have been a huge special colony in the society.They are working classes for the rising cities.However,they are not treated as the same as city residences.Neither their identities are not approved nor are their rights not protected in the long run.If things continue in this way,it may easily cause extreme behaviors for revenging the society,which has become a hidden trouble for establishing harmonious society.Facing the difficulties for the new generation farmers to blend into cities and searching the practical ways for them to blend into cities have been an important project for establishing harmonious society.
