基于梯度法的一种磁记忆检测仪

摘要 金属磁记忆检测技术是一种利用金属磁记忆效应来检测物件应力集中的一种快速、崭新的方法。它消除了传统意义上无损检测的缺点,能够对铁磁性金属构件内部的应力集中区,即微观缺陷和早期失效和损伤等进行诊断,防止突发性的疲劳损伤,是无损检测领域的一种新的检测手段。对磁记忆信号进行梯度化处理,可以使得信号更加明显准确。该项技术对铁磁构件应力集中非常敏感,无需外加激励磁场,检测速度快,灵敏度高,在工程实践中具有广阔的应用前景。 Metal magnetic memory testing technology is a rapid,new method to detect objects of stress concentration by using metal magnetic memory effects.It eliminates the shortcomings of traditional nondestructive testing,diagnoses the area with internal stress concentration of ferromagnetic metal components,namely the microscopic defect and early failure and damage,for preventing the sudden fatigue damage,which is a new testing method in the field of nondestructive testing.The gradient treatment of magnetic memory signal makes the signal more obvious and accurate.The technology is very sensitive to the stress concentration of ferromagnetic component;it is no need to plus incentive magnetic field;its detection speed is quick,and sensitivity is high,and it has a broad application prospect in the engineering practice.
