摘要
探讨医师定期考核方法。医师定期考核首先应建立相应的组织结构,并由医院考核委员会制定考核方案和内容。考核内容,主要从职业道德、业务水平和工作成绩三方面进行考核。考核的第一步是个人自我评定,第二步是科室评定,第三步是相关职能部门评定,最后是医院考核办公室评定。此考核方法基本具备科学性、可操作性,为今后做好医师定期考核工作奠定了初步基础,但考核体系需进一步完善,考核标准需更加全面和细化。
This paper discusses regular examination methods for physicians.Firstly,regular examination for physicians should set up related organization structure and work out examination plans and content by hospital examination committee. The content of examination mainly includes professional morality,professional level and work performance three parts.The first step of examination is self-evaluation;the second step is evaluation by department;the third step is evaluation by related functional departments;the last one is evaluation by hospital examination office.This method is scientific and operative which lay a primary foundation for regular examination for physicians.While the examination system still need further perfection and the examination standard need more comprehensive and refining.
