恶性肿瘤患者睡眠护理模式临床研究

Clinical Research on Sleep Nursing Mode of Malignant Tumor Patients

目的探讨恶性肿瘤患者睡眠护理干预模式和临床疗效。方法恶性肿瘤60例,随机分为实验组30例和对照组30例。对照组只接受常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上加用睡眠干预,4周后进行效果评定,使用阿森斯失眠量表评估患者睡眠改善情况,睡眠信念态度量表评估患者对睡眠的认知心理状况,症状自评量表(SCL-90)评估患者的心理状况,所得数据进行统计学处理,P<0.05有统计学意义。结果实验组15例失眠症状消失,8例可疑失眠,7例仍失眠,对照组6例无失眠,10例可疑失眠,14例仍失眠,两组比较有显著差异。结论运用睡眠卫生教育等综合心理护理方法能有效改善恶性肿瘤患者不良睡眠习惯和行为,改善恶性肿瘤患者的睡眠及生活质量,有助于恶性肿瘤患者整体康复。

Objectives to discuss sleep nursing intervention of malignant tumor patients and clinical efficacy.Methods 60 cases of malignant tumor are randomly separated into 30 cases of experimental group（EG） and 30 cases of comparison group（CG）.CG uses routine nursing;EG uses sleep intervention at the basis of routine nursing had effect evaluation after 4 weeks.It assess patients＇ sleep improvement situation by Athens Insomnia Scale,sleep recognition psychological situation by dyofuntional belief and attitude about sleep,patients＇ psychological by SCL-90.The data handle statistically that has statistically meaning（P〈0.05）.Results Ahypnosis of 15 cases in EX disappeared;8 cases of ahypnosis with suspicion;7 cases still ahypnosis;6 cases without ahypnosis and 10 cases with suspicion ahypnosis in CG;the comparison of two group has obvious difference.Conclusions Using comprehensive psychological nursing methods like sleep health education can effectively improve bad sleep habit and behavior of malignant tumor patients and their sleep and life quality being beneficial to recovery of them.
