武汉市居民区灭鼠研究

Rodent control in residential area of Wuhan city

目的研究城市居民区住宅外灭鼠对住宅家栖鼠侵害率的影响;探讨在住宅外全面灭鼠的基础上进行室内灭鼠的控制效果。方法外环境鼠洞采用堵洞投饵法;普通地面采用裸投稻谷毒饵法;下水道、化粪池及垃圾通道采用挂蜡块法;室内采用逐户调查,每周1次,共5次免费送鼠药灭鼠,并宣传灭鼠方法。结果居民区外环境鼠洞、普通地面、下水道、化粪池及垃圾通道灭效均为100%;而住宅外灭鼠试验前后居民住宅家栖鼠侵害率分别为26.0%和18.5%,最后一次入户为2.8%,住宅外灭鼠对住宅家栖鼠侵害率控制效果为28.7%,而免费送药灭鼠后住宅家栖鼠控制效果为89.1%。结论居民区住宅内外同时采取有效的灭鼠措施,能使居民区鼠密度控制在较低水平。

Objective To study the influence of rodent control outdoor on the infestation rate of residential area in Wuhan city,and probe into the indoor rodent control effect after multi-habitat outdoor rodent control.Methods Blocking up the rodent burrows with corrugated paper and using bromadiolone paddy bait to control active rodent burrows in urban residential area outdoor.Releasing barely bromadiolone paddy bait in ordinary ground.Controlling rodent in sewer,septic tank and garbage corridor with hanging wax blocks.Interviewing rodent infestation door to door,and delivering the bromadiolone paddy bait for free and rodent control education was carried out when it was necessary.Results The killing rates of rodent burrows,ordinary ground,sewer,septic tank and garbage corridor in residential area were 100%.The infestation rate of indoor before the test of outdoor killing off rats was 26.0% and 18.5%.The infestation rate of rodent control after delivering paddy bait for free was 2.8%.The decreasing rate of indoor infestation after outdoor killing off rats was 28.7%,and after delivering bait for free was 89.1%.Conclusion Rodents density can be maintained low condition by taking effective measures of rodent control indoor and outdoor at the same time.
