摘要
目的测定德国小蠊对9种常用杀虫剂的抗药性,在监测基础上寻找治理对策。方法玻璃瓶药膜接触法。结果野外品系德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯、甲基吡恶磷、氯菊酯、氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、高效氟氯氰菊酯、残杀威、敌敌畏、毒死蜱的抗性系数分别为1.73~2.38,1.20~1.25,5.58~9.68,7.66~13.58,1.33~4.55,1.48~1.59,1.08~1.55,9.90~∞,1.02~2.52。结论同一地区不同单位由于用药品种及使用频率的差异,抗性状况也不一致,因此了解被防治单位的用药史对于防治工作非常重要。
Objective To determine resistance of Blattella germanica to nine kinds of common used insecticides,and explore the prevention and management strategy on monitoring foundation.Methods Contacting with chemical cover in jar.Results The resistance index of field-collected strains of Blattella germanica were 1.73-2.38 to beta-cypermethrin,1.20-1.25 to azamethiphos,5.58-9.68 to permethrin,7.66-13.58 to cypermethrin,1.33-4.55 to deltamethrin,1.48-1.59 to bate-cyfluthrin,1.08-1.55 to phoxim,9.90-∞ to DDVP,1.02-2.52 to chlorpyrifos.Conclusion Because of the difference of insecticides and use frequency in different units of the same region,insecticide resistance condition is also inconsistent.Knowing the chemical application history is important for cockroach control.
