全三维优化技术在IC动力涡轮设计中的应用

摘要 采用全三维优化设计技术对间冷循环燃气轮机动力涡轮进行了优化设计。在一维优化、S2流面优化设计的基础上,应用多级局部优化进一步提高总体性能,联合采用人工神经网络和遗传算法对各列叶栅进行三维局部优化,流场计算采用全三维黏性流N-S方程求解,通过优化设计,调整了级的载荷分配,改善了叶片的载荷分布,重新设计的涡轮效率较原型提高了1%。 An IC power turbine was optimized and redesigned by using full 3D optimization design technique.On the basic of one-dimension and S2 stream surface optimization technique,multistage local optimization was adopted to further improve overall performance.Genetic algorithm and artificial neural network were jointly adopted for local optimization of each cascade.Full 3D viscosity N-S equation solver was applied for flow computation.Through the optimization design,the distribution of stage load coefficient in every stage was changed so as to improve the performance of each cascade.As a result,the total efficiency increased 1%.
