三光气法合成丙烯酰氯的研究

摘要 以三光气和丙烯酸为原料,在无溶剂及少量阻聚剂和一定量催化剂条件下,合成了纯度较高的丙烯酰氯。探讨了投料比、催化剂及其用量和反应时间对三光气法合成丙烯酰氯收率的影响,结果表明最佳的实验条件为:原料配比为2∶1,最佳催化剂为咪唑,反应时间为3.5 h。 The high-purity acryloyl chloride was synthesized from triphosgene and acrylic acid without solvent.Only a small amount of inhibitor and a certain amount of catalyst were needed.The effect factors including reactant ratio,catalyst and its quantity,reaction time were discussed.The optimum experiment conditions were obtained: the molar ratio of triphosgene and propanic acid was 1∶ 2,the best catalyst was imidazole,and reaction time was 3.5 h.
