摘要
以两个单层大跨超高厂房为实际工程背景,对该类结构的选型进行技术经济分析,并在此基础上进行了工程设计。指出此类结构设计的控制指标是大吨位吊车或风荷载下的水平变位,提高结构柱的刚度是设计的关键,采用钢管混凝土格构柱能够经济、有效地达到预定目标。钢管混凝土格构柱上下柱连接节点采用双向肋板加劲式穿心板肩梁设计,构造简单、传力可靠、施工简便。
The selected structural analysis and design of single layer,long span and super high industrial building were stated according to two instances.It refers that the horizontal displacement of structure under huge crane or wind load is control guide line.Enhancement of the structure column stiffness is the key of design.Steel tube confined concrete lattice column is an economical and effectual choice.Shoulder beam with web plate cross the column and reinforced with steel plate two ways is single,credible and easy to construction.
