摘要
结合工程实际提出了空腹钢柱,并成功地在单层工业厂房中应用,较好地满足了建筑、暖通、动力等各专业的要求。在设计过程中,除了分别按平面排架、空间整体进行详细计算外,还采用有限元对多种荷载工况作用下钢柱的极限承载力进行了计算,并完成了1∶4比例模型试验。空腹钢柱是对现有钢结构厂房柱的一种补充,值得今后高大工业厂房设计借鉴。
Based on engineering practices, laced steel columns were put forward, and were successfully applied in single layer industrial buildings. They can meet the demand of architecture, heating and ventilating, dynamic and so on. Besides calculating this model by the methods of bent frame system and space model respectively, the finite element method was adopted to analyze the ultimate bearing capacity of the column under various load cases, and a 1 : 4 model experiment was done. As a supplementary column to existing steel structure workshop buildings, laced steel column can be taken for future design of high and large-span workshops.
