蜂巢芯空心楼盖足尺试验研究及有限元分析 被引量:15

Full-scale test study and finite element analysis on honeycombed-core hollow floor

摘要 为准确掌握新型蜂巢芯空心楼盖的结构性能,进行了足尺九柱四区格蜂巢芯空心楼盖的破坏性静力加载试验研究。分区格进行了5种工况的加载试验,得到了楼盖结构的荷载-挠度曲线,测定了楼盖的整体极限承载能力。试验结果表明,蜂巢芯空心楼盖裂缝出现和分布情况与一般的实心板无梁楼盖基本相同,变形能力也与实心板楼盖类似。利用ANSYS软件对蜂巢芯空心楼盖在均布荷载下的受力进行了非线性有限元分析,并进行了计算开裂荷载、破坏荷载及荷载-挠度曲线和实测值的对比,结果表明两者吻合良好。 In order to accurately grasp the structural behavior of the new honeycombed-core hollow floor,destructive static loading test study on full-scale honeycombed-core hollow floor of nine columns and four area grids was done.Through the loading test under five conditions,load-deflection curves of the floor were gained.And the ultimate bearing capacity of the floor was measured.The test results show that the cracks and their distribution of the honeycombed-core hollow floor are the same as the general floor slab.And the deformation capacity of honeycombed-core hollow floor and solid slabs is similar.Then,ANSYS was used to analyze the structural behavior of hollow floor under uniform load.Contrast on calculated cracking load,failure load and the load-deflection curves and the measured cracking load,failure load and the load-deflection curves were done.The contrast results show that the calculated values and measured values are in good agreement.
