摘要
结合绍兴柯桥万达广场地质情况及荷载特点,对桩型、桩径及地下室防水底板形式等进行了综合考虑及多方案的比较选择,最终选择了钻孔灌注桩桩基承台与无梁防水底板相结合的基础形式。无梁防水底板用有限元软件SLABCAD进行倒楼盖建模计算时,楼面荷载不仅需注意荷载分项系数的准确选取,而且需注意底板自重量的扣除次数。对兼做无梁防水底板柱帽的典型承台计算方法也做了详细介绍。
Based on geology condition and load characteristic,the pile type,pile diameter,basement's water-proof bottom board form and so on were comprehensively considered,comparison and choice on multi-scheme were carried out.The finally choice of the foundation form was the combination of bored pile foundation bearing platform and beamless water-proof bottom board.When the beamless water-proof bottom board is modeling and calculating through reverse floor method with finite element software SLABCAD,factors for attention on the calculation of floor load are not only the accurate selection of load partial coefficients,but also the number of the deduction of the floor weight.Calculation methods of the typical bearing platform acting as pole-cap of the beamless water-proof bottom board have been made a detailed presentation.
