分析两种内固定方法治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的疗效

Analysis the curative effect of two fracture fixations to treat intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients

目的对比分析股骨近端锁定加压钢板(LPFP)和InterTAN两种内固定方法治疗老年股骨转子间骨折(IFF)的疗效。方法回顾性分析内固定方法治疗并获得随访的137例IFF患者的临床资料,其中行LPFP患者83例(LPFP组)和InterTAN患者54例(InterTAN组),记录住院费用、手术时间、术中出血量、术中透视次数、功能训练时间、骨折愈合时间、内固定失败比率及术后关节Harris评分,比较2组患者相关参数的差异。结果 InterTAN组患者手术时间、术中出血量、功能训练时间、骨折愈合时间及内固定失败率显著低于LPFP组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而住院费用、术中透视次数、术后关节Harris评分及关节功能优良率显著高于LPFP组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 InterTAN内固定方法是一种理想治疗老年IFF的方法,但费用较高。

ObjectiveTo analyze the therapeutic effects of locking proximal femoral plate（LPFP） and InterTAN fracture fixation to treat elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture（IFF）.MethodsThe clinical datas of 137 elderly patients with IFF,treated by fracture fixations and followed up,were analyzed retrospectively.Among them,83 patients were fixed with LPFP（LPFP group） and 54 patients were treated by InterTAN（InterTAN group）.The data during and after operation were recorded using the data collection form.The effect parameters of two groups were compared.ResultsCompared with LPFP group,operation time,intraoperation blood loss,funtional training time,union of fracture time and intrraoperative complications of InterTAN group were significantly lower（P0.05）.The hospital charge,fluoroscopy exposure,Harris hip score and excellent and good rate of functional outcome of InterTAN group were significantly higher than those of LPFP group（P0.05）.ConclusionThe InterTAN fracture fixation has satisfactory therapeutic efficacy on elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture.
