30例闭合性腹部损伤的观察与护理

Observation and Nursing of 30 cases in severe closed abdominal injury patients

目的对闭合性腹部损伤患者的临床观察和护理措施进行总结。方法观察30例闭合性腹部损伤患者住院期间的病情变化及护理措施。结果经过观察护理,30例患者中28例治愈出院,1例好转出院,无严重并发症,1例死亡。结论观察病情和准确记录生命体征变化,早期明确诊断,积极有效的护理措施,是抢救闭合性腹部损伤成功的关键。

ObjectiveTo sum up the clinical observation and the experience in the nursing of patients with severe closed abdominal injury.MethodsTo observe of 30 cases in severe closed abdominal injury patients the changes of case and nursing in the hospital.ResultsThe careful observation and nursing.Among 30cases were cured,1 cases were improvement of their condition,1 cades died,without major complications were occurred.ConclusionStrictly observation and accurate record the changes of case,early diagnosis and the efficient nursing measures are the keys in the successful rescue of severe closed abdominal injury patients.
