鄂尔多斯市蒙汉族5～7岁儿童心理行为发育与家庭养育环境的调查和分析

Investigate analyses Psychological and behavior development,family care environment in ethnic Han and Mongolian children aged 5～7 years

目的了解鄂尔多斯市5～7岁儿童心理行为发育状况,探讨儿童养育环境对其的影响。方法采用儿童心理行为量表(SDQ)和家庭养育环境量表对鄂尔多斯市234名5～7岁儿童进行问卷调查。结果 234名儿童的心理发育水平处于正常总体范围;不同性别儿童在行为和社会关系维度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同民族儿童的心理行为发育差异没有统计学意义;不同家庭养育环境对儿童心理行为发育有影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论儿童的心理行为发育状况与性别、家长育儿感受、养育态度、夫妻关系和家庭生活有关,而与民族无关。

Objective Investigate the psychological and behavior development status and child care environment of 5～7 years old children in Ordos city, discuss the affect of child care environment on the two sides that psychological and behavior development.Methods Participants were 234 children aged 5～7 years.Parental ratings of child psychological and behavior were obtained using the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire（SDQ）.Results And parental ratings of family environment were obtained using the child care environment questionnaire.There were gender differences in the personal strengths（social behavior）and in the profile of child psychopathology（emotional symptoms,conduct problems,hyperactivity-inattention,and peer problems）with conduct problems being particularly evident in both boys and girls（P0.05）.Different family environment impact on the psychopathology and behavior development of child being particularly evident（P0.01）.Conclusion Psychological development of children＇s status related with gender、parental feelings、parental attitudes、marital relationships and family life,but no significant with nationality.
