血液细菌污染调查和预防措施

摘要 目的探讨去除最初采集的少量血液对预防血液细菌污染所起的作用,以减少血液的细菌污染。方法用具有小型转移袋的血袋采集血液,以小型转移袋中的最初血液为研究样本,用Bacter/Alert 3D进行细菌培养检测,ATB Express及其配套鉴定系统进行菌种鉴定,总共培养937样本份。培养阳性的样本相对应的所有血液成分立即找出并进行培养鉴定。对采血环境、采血员和献血者的菌检样本用普通平皿培养并鉴定。结果 932份血液样本中,有2份(91号和527)号培养结果为阳性G^+菌种鉴定分别为头葡萄球菌和EF杆菌,污染率为0.2%。两个阳性样本相对应的血液成分培养显示全无细菌生长。通过对空气、采血员手指和献血者进针区的检查。91号样本污染来源很可能是献血者的皮肤正常菌群;527号样本污染来源还不能确定。结论血液细菌污染率采血最初采集的10 ml血液密切相关,加强无偿献血者选择,做好采血前皮肤清洁消毒工作,并去除最初采集的小部分血液能有效地降低了血液细菌污染率。
