摘要
先结合建筑施工企业实例理清直营项目模式的本质和实施要点,后以委托代理理论阐述建筑企业与建设项目之间的耦合关系,进而从企业外部和内部两方面探讨保障直营项目顺利实施和建筑企业健康发展的举措,为规范项目经理责任制的应用起到一定的参考作用。
The nature and key points in the implementation of directly managed projects are firstly clarified combined with a typical instance; then the coupling relationship between construction enterprises and construction projects is explained according to principal-agent theory. Then both external and internal measures on the successful implementation of directly managed projects and the healthy development of construction enterprises are discussed, so as to regulate the application of responsibility system for project managers.
