摘要
随着我国医疗保障制度改革的不断深化,医院必须实行低耗、高效的集约管理,通过加强管理、优化结构、提高质量使系统高效和谐地运行,这是现代医院所面临的挑战。因此,针对医疗行业特点,文章探讨研究和开发了适应医疗行业特点的工业工程技术体系,加强工业工程在医疗行业中的系统性应用。
As China＇s medical insurance system reform continued to deepen, the hospital must implement a low power, intensive and efficient management, by strengthening management, optimizing structure and improving the quality, the system runs efficiently and harmoniously. Therefore, for the medical industry characteristics, this article develops industrial engineering technology system which adapts to the characteristics of the medical industry and strengthening the application of industrial engineering in the medical industry.
