天津市滨海新区地基承载力特征值的探讨

Discussion on Characteristic Value of Foundation Bearing Capacity of Tianjin Binhai New Area

作为建筑的整个根基,地基基础一直承担着整个建筑物全部的荷载,本着保证天津市滨海新区地基土不会由于发生一些剪切而遭到破坏,最终导致整个建筑物的破坏这一目的,我们必须要将地基承载力准确的确定,进而,能够将地基基础的地面面积进行控制,使其强度条件得到满足,所以,我们必须要将天津市滨海新区地基承载力的特征值进行确定,本文中,笔者就对天津市滨海新区地基承载力特征值进行一定的探讨。

As the foundation of building, the ground foundation bears the load of the whole building. In order to ensure ground foundation of Tianjin Binhai New Area will not suffered destruction during to some shear, and protect the whole building, we must accurately define the bearing capacity of foundation, and then control the ground area of foundation, meet its strength conditions, therefore, we should define the characteristic value of foundation bearing capacity of Tianjin Binhai New Area. In this paper, the characteristic value of foundation bearing capacity of Tianjin Binhai New Area is discussed.
