制约我国空港物流发展的一个重要因素是空港物流人才的严重匮乏,能否通过界定空港物流专业技术人才的能力框架和能力标准,为空港物流专业技术人才培养和培训的专门组织和专业机构提供最有效的导向,已经成为我国空港物流发展的当务之急。
An important factor that restricting China＇s Airport Logistics is the severe shortage of talent. Whether can provide the most effective guidance for the training of Airport Logistics technical personnel and specialized organizations by defining the competency framework and standards to professional of the Airport Logistics or not has become a top priority to the development of China＇s Airport Logistics.
