Skills Development of Students in Vocational Education

本文以食用菌栽培技术课为例,介绍职业教育中学生技能的培养必须确定技能培养内容,完善技能培养条件,精心组织好实习过程,建立合理的技能考核方法。并指出建立实训中心是实现产、教、研结合的好路子。

Taking the Edible Fungus Planting Skill course for example, this paper presents that during the training of students＇ skill in vocational education, we should determine training content, improve the conditions for skill training, thoughtfully organize the practice, build reasonable skill assessment methods, and points out the establishment of training centers is a good way to achieve the unity of production-learning-research.
