摘要
目的:探讨体育课中学生常见扭伤的治疗与预防。方法:对沧州市某高校体育课中23例扭伤的相关信息进行分析。结果:踝关节、膝关节、下肢肌肉拉伤、手腕和腰部的扭伤最为多见;准备活动不充分、注意力不集中、技术动作和身体素质差、体育设施不健全、机体疲劳是造成运动扭伤的重要因素;按压扭伤穴能有效缓解疼痛,恢复功能,总有效率91.3%。结论:按压扭伤穴对治疗运动扭伤疗效显著;重视准备活动、加强基本技术教学、发展大学生身体素质、加强学校运动设施的建设、提高学生的自我保护意识是预防体育运动损伤的有效措施。
Objective:This article is to talk about the treatment and prevention of students' common wrick in gym lessons. Methods:We analyzed relevant information of 23 cases in gym lessons at a college in Cangzhou. Results:What is most common in these cases are wricks on anklebone, knee joint, wrist, lumbar and pulled muscle of lower limbs. Key factors of these cases are lack of warming-up, absent-mindedness, poor technical movements and physical quality, imperfect sports facilities, and fatigue. The treatment of pressing up sprain points can soundly relieve pain, restore functions, and the total effective rate is 91.3 percent.Conclusions:The treatment of pressing up sprain points was effective in curing wricks in sports. And the most effective preventions are to pay attention to warming-up, reinforce basic technical education, improve college student' physical quality, strengthen the construction of sports facilities in colleges, and improve self-protection awareness of students.
