房间隔缺损是常见的先天性心脏病之一。近年来,经导管介入治疗房间隔缺损已经作为具有适应证患者的首选治疗方法。然而,封堵术后封堵器表面血栓形成,成为严重威胁患者健康及生命的并发症之一。

Atrial septal defect （ASD） is a common congenital heart disease. In recent years, transcatheter closure of ASD has been preferred for patients. However, thrombus formation on the closure device after transcatheter closure of ASD is a serious complication and a threat to a patient＇s health and life.
