摘要 血管内皮细胞参与血管内多种生理活动,内皮功能障碍将导致各种心血管疾病的发生。近几年来,研究发现新型气体信号分子硫化氢具有抗动脉粥样硬化等心血管疾病的效应:硫化氢促进内皮细胞增殖迁移诱导血管新生;抑制黏附分子分泌;通过打开平滑肌上ATP依赖性K+通道调节血管紧张度;抵抗氧化应激对内皮细胞的损伤等。随着其保护机制的不断发现与证实,硫化氢将有望逐渐应用于临床治疗,其对内皮的保护作用仍需要做进一步的研究。 Vascular endothelial cells are involved in many physiological processes, and the occurrence of endothelial dysfunction induces multiple cardiovascular diseases including atherosclerosis. Recently, the gas signaling molecule hydrogen sulfide has been shown to be an anti-atherosclerotic. Endogenous and exogenous hydrogen sulfide promotes angiogenesis and inhibits the release of adhesion molecules. It also regulates vascular tone by opening the KATP channel and protects against oxidative stress in endothelial cells. This article review current research using hydrogen sulfide in conjunction with endothelial dysfunction.
