摘要 心脏再同步化治疗是近年在慢性心力衰竭治疗领域的重要进展,但即使按照目前Ⅰ类推荐适应证入选治疗患者,仍有大约高达40%的患者没能从中获益,临床常称之为心脏再同步化治疗无应答或应答不良,现结合最新研究进展,分析其中原因,从入选适应证的优化选择、植入装置的程控优化及关键的左室电极放置诸方面给予综述。 Cardiac resynchronization therapy （CRT） is a very important development in the treatment of heart failure. However, there are up to 40% of patients who do not show a favorable response. Using current research, this review analyzes relevant options and discusses issues related to optimal indication selection, optimal programming device settings and pivotal left lead positioning.
