镀锌板单旁路耦合电弧GMAW高速焊接方法 被引量:4

摘要 为了解决镀锌板上锌层易受热烧损,无法使用大电流MIG焊接方法进行高速焊接的问题,采用了一种低热输入高效率的焊接方法——单旁路耦合电弧GMAW(DE-GMAW)用于镀锌板的焊接。搭建了该焊接方法的试验平台,对镀锌板堆焊和搭接接头的高速焊接方法进行试验研究。结果表明,通过调整旁路电流值,单旁路耦合电弧GMAW方法降低了镀锌板上的焊接热输入,并可以在大电流和高焊速的条件下实现镀锌板堆焊和搭接接头的焊接,所得焊缝成形良好,母材变形小,焊接过程稳定无飞溅。焊后镀锌层的烧损与同等热输入条件下的普通MIG焊相比明显降低,保证了镀锌板焊后的耐腐蚀性能。 When zinc-coated steel sheets are welded by MIG welding with high current,the zinc coating is very easy to burn out under the high temperature.So it is hard to be welded by MIG welding in high speed.In order to solve this problem, bypass coupling welding arc bypass coupling welding arc GMAW had been used which is a kind of high efficiency and low heat input MIG welding.The system of DE-GMAW had been built up.And high-speed welding method for surfacing joint and lap joint of zinc-coated steel sheets with bypass coupling welding arc GMAW had been analyzed.The results showed that through adjusting the current of bypass,the heat input had lowered down with bypass coupling welding arc GMAW and was able to do the surfacing and lap welding with high current and speed.There was steady and no spatter in welding process.The weld formation was good and the base metal deformation was small.Meanwhile,the burning of zinc coating of bypass coupling welding arc GMAW was lower than MIG welding with same current. This will ensure the corrosion resistance of zinc-coated steel sheets.
