摘要
在宏观方面向好的背景下,太原市新兴产业发展仍显不足,针对新兴产业用地不足的重要问题,提出太原市应进一步解放思想,分析新兴产业"用地难"问题的根源,创新土地利用机制,为新兴产业提供强有力的土地保障,进而促进太原率先发展。
Development of emerging industries of Taiyuan is lack of development under background of macroeconomic control.Land shortage of emerging industries was one the important problems.Taiyuan should further free the thinking from rigid formulism.In this paper,the author analyzed origin of ＂difficult use of land＂,innovate system of land use,which provided land safeguard for emerging industries and promoted lead development of Taiyuan.
