山西新能源产业的发展方向及对策研究

Research on Developmental Direction and Countermeasures of Shanxi New Energy Industries

当前,能源已经成为全球竞争的战略焦点,同时也成为制约我国经济社会发展的瓶颈,而新能源产业作为战略性新兴产业的代表,已成为新一轮国际经济科技竞争的制高点之一。通过分析山西新能源产业发展的方向,从产业引导、财税激励、技术创新等方面提出了山西省新能源产业发展的政策措施,进而更好地促进山西新能源产业的发展。

Recently,energy has become strategic central issue of global competition.At the same time,energy has become bottleneck of restricting development of economy and society.As the deputation of strategic emerging industry,new energy industry has become one of key points of international economic and technologic competition.In this paper,through analyzing direction of development of Shanxi new energy industries,the author put forward countermeasures of promoting development of new energy industries from aspects of industry guide,encouragement of finance and taxation and technology innovation in order to promote development of new energy of Shanxi Province.
