摘要
针对弧焊电源的工作环境和工艺要求,分析了弧焊逆变系统的工作原理,弧焊电源系统的电压、电流取样、A/D和D/A的工作原理,送丝电机和行走电机的锁相控制,以上控制流程都可以通过数字控制的方法实现。此外,中央处理器承担着弧焊系统中所有的信息提取和输出控制信号。
With the development of science and technology,weld technology has broken away from pure technics and become to intelligent digital control.In the light of the working environment and techniques demand of arc welding power source system,this paper analyzes working principle of Arc welding inverter system,the principle of the voltage,current sampling,A/D and D/A of Arc power-system,as well as the phase-control of the wire feed motor and moving motor,which can be realized using digital control.In addition,center process unit extract the information and output control-signals.
