老年精神病患者低血钾症的原因分析与对策

Cause analysis and countermeasures on hypokalemia for aged psychotic patients

目的分析老年精神病患者低血钾症的原因,采取相应护理对策。方法将66例出现低血钾症的老年精神病患者为观察组,随机选择60例血钾浓度在正常范围的老年精神病患者为对照组,用Logistic多因素回归分析法进行分析。结果多因素回归分析显示,进食差、躯体疾病多、抗精神病药物剂量偏大是老年精神病患者发生低血钾症的主要原因。结论老年精神病患者低血钾症由多种原因引起,要采取综合干预。

Objective To analyze the cause of hypokalemia for aged psychotic patients and find out corresponding nursing measures. Method Observation group is formed by 66 aged psychotic patients with hypokalemia. Randomly select 60 aged psychotic patients with normal serum potassium as control group. Analyze the result by logistic multivariable regression analyses. Result Multivariable regression analyses show that poor diet, frequent physical diseases and large dosage of antipsychotic drugs are the main causes of hypokalemia for aged psychotic patients. Conclusion Hypokalemia for aged psychotic patients are caused by various reasons and patients need comprehensive intervention.
