摘要
为保证印制电路板产品的正常工作且不影响周围的电磁环境,基于国际电工委员会的CISPR-22标准中CLASS B要求,搭建测试平台,利用10 m电波暗室对印制电路产品进行电场辐射发射测试,得出印制电路板产品的电场辐射波形不符合参考标准的要求。通过对辐射波形的分析研究,利用电磁屏蔽技术对印制电路板进行改进,再次对该板做辐射发射测试,基本达到参考标准的要求。
In order to make the printed circuit board(PCB) product can work normally and do not influence the electromagnetic environment around,an experiment platform has been set up according to the requirements of CISPR-22 CLASS B published by IEC,and PCB product tests were performed with radiation emission in 10 m electric-wave chamber.The figure of radiated electric field was tested but the result didn't satisfy CISPR-22 CLASS B.The PCB was improved by electromagnetic shielding technology according to the analysis and research of radiation figure and tested again.The result is that PCB satisfied the CISPR-22 CLASS B.
