老年人“介护式”居家护理服务需求调查

Requirement survey of the standardized community home nursing care service for the elderly

目的:掌握老年人居家护理服务需求与特点,为建立老年人"介护式"居家护理服务模式提供参考。方法:采用问卷调查法,随机选取杨浦区平凉和大桥社区60岁以上老年人进行居家护理服务需求调查。共发出5000份,收回4032份,回收率为80.64%;有效问卷为3226份,有效率为80.01%。结果:老年人居家护理服务需求率为63.05%,各有不同的居家医疗护理项目需求;有需求的老人中80.63%是家庭养老,74%的老年人患有2种或2种以上疾病,9.29%的老人不能自理。结论:老年人居家护理服务需求巨大,患病老人尤为突出。

Objective： To master the characteristics and demand of the nursing care service for the elderly at home and to provide a reference for establishing the elderly standardized community home nursing care service model. Method： Using the questionnaire, the home nursing care service requirement for the elderly for over 60 years old randomly selected in Bridge and Pingliang communities of Yangpu district was investigated. 5 000 copies of questionnaires were issued, and 4 032 ones were resumed, whose recovery rate was 80.64% ; and the valid questionnaires were 3 226 copies, whose effective rate was 80.01%. Results： Demand rate of the home nursing care service for the elderly was 63.05%, who had the various home medical nursing service items requirement. Among the elderly who had demand, 80.63% were at home, 74% were ill with 2 or more than 2 diseases and 9.29% could not take care of themselves. Conclusion： The elderly demand the home nursing care service largely, particularly the seriously ill elderly.
