组蛋白去乙酰化酶1在人肾癌、膀胱癌和前列腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究组蛋白去乙酰化酶1(histone deacetylase 1,HDAC1)在人肾癌、膀胱癌和前列腺癌组织中的表达及初步探讨其与患者临床特征之间的关系。方法采用S-P免疫组化法分别检测43例肾癌、41例膀胱癌和42例前列腺癌组织及其对应正常组织标本中HDAC1蛋白的表达情况。结果 HDAC1蛋白在人肾癌、膀胱癌和前列腺癌组织中高表达,而在其对应正常组织中弱表达或不表达,阳性率分别为79.07%(34/43)、18.60%(8/43)、75.61%(31/41)和21.95%(9/41)、71.43%(30/42)及16.67%(7/42),前者与后者相比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且肿瘤组织不同分期、分级或评分间HDAC1蛋白的表达差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HDAC1蛋白在人肾癌、膀胱癌和前列腺癌组织中的表达水平要明显高于其相应正常组织,且其表达与患者临床特征显著相关,肿瘤的TNM分期越晚、病理分级越高及Gleason评分>5分其表达量越高。HDAC1可能是一种与人肾癌、膀胱癌和前列腺癌发生发展密切相关的蛋白。
