摘要
介绍了一种基于CAN总线的分布式监控系统的设计,该系统具有可扩展的模块化硬件,并具有封装集成的通用功能块和函数的ARM嵌入式操作。系统采用CAN总线组成工程机械现场作业控制,采用GSM/GPRS公网无线通信信道组建多工程机械的远程机群调度和监控。硬件方面采用LPC2292芯片作为控制芯片,TJA1000和TJA1050作为CAN控制器和收发器[1],并对电路采取各种保护措施,确保监控系统硬件的高可靠性。
The paper mainly describes the design of a distributed monitoring system based on CAN BUS,it has the Modular and scalable hardware and the ARM embedded operating system package integrated with a common function blocks and functions.This system uses CAN BUS to form construction machinery field operations control system and uses GSM / GPRS wireless public network to form multi-channel long-range fleet of construction machinery scheduling and monitoring system. In terms of hardware, using LPC2292 chip as a control chip, TJA 1000 and TJA 1050 as CAN controller and transceiver.On the circuit to take all protective measures to ensure high reliability of the control module.
