新医改背景下我国农村医学教育的改革

On the Rural Medical Education Reform under the Background of New Medical System Reform in China

新医改对我国农村卫生人才的培养体制进行了重新规划,同时也对我国农村医学教育制度提出了差异化要求。论文从高等医学教育中缺乏农村医学教育序列、农村卫生人才普遍未接受过毕业后教育、继续医学教育针对性较弱三个方面阐述了我国农村医学教育与新医改要求的差距,进而提出改变高等医学教育招生政策、医学高校设置农村医学专业、国家提供免费规范化培养和继续医学教育项目等完善建议。

The new medical system reform of China makes a new plan towards the system of cultivating health human resources in rural area. It also makes requests on the system of rural medical education. By Analysing the disparity between the new medical reform and the status of rural medical education viewed from three aspects--lack of rural higher medical education, the health human resources of rural area hardly accepting the postgraduate education and weak pertinence of continuing medical education, this paper proposes changing the admission policy of higher medical education, adding the rural medial speciality and the country providing free standardized training and continuing medical education.
