摘要
高速列车车体属于典型骨架型结构产品。在高速列车车体方案设计阶段为了快速实现设计模型和有限元模型的生成和修改,提出一种基于构件理论的车体快速设计体系。研究了车体零件的定位关系,对车体零件提取构件,应用知识工程和强力拷贝技术建立自顶向下的车体三维模型;并应用车体定位装配关系生成硬点硬线,将三维模型几何数据与来自零件的关联知识通过算法自动生成车体有限元模型,实现车体三维设计模型和有限元仿真模型的快速迭代设计。
High-speed train body is a typical skeleton-structure product. In order to quickly get and modify design model and finite element model in initial design of high-speed train body, a rapid design system based on component theory is proposed. The location of train body's parts is studied in the thesis and the components of parts are extracted. Three-dimensional design model of train body is built by Knowledge Engineering and power copy technology. Hard point and hard line is produced using the location of train body, and the train body's finite element model is automatically created by the geometric data of design model and related knowledge of parts. The fast iterative design between design model and finite element model is implemented in the thesis.
