摘要
研制一种智能压疮测控翻身床,能精确地测量患者受压部位的压力,为压疮的防治提供指导性数据。该床内置专家系统数据库,可绘制压力-时间安全区域曲线,并提交计算机系统做出评估和判断,若超出压力-时间安全区域,则自动改变患者受压部位压力。临床应用效果良好。
The essay introduces a kind of intelligent bedsore observation turning over bed which precisely carries on the measurement of the pressure of patient＇s bearing spot,draws up the pressure time safety zone curve automatically with its embedded data base,and makes the related data submit to computer for appraisal and judgment.If the result surpasses the pressure time safety zone,it automatically changes the patient＇s bearing spot pressure to control and prevent the re-occurrence of the bedsore.
