中西医结合治疗手足口病临床分析

Clinical analysis of combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of hand foot and mouth disease

目的:探讨中西医结合疗法,治疗手足口病的临床疗效。方法:将我院2010年3月～2010年10月收治的120例手足口病患儿随机分为两组,观察组59例,采用痰热清注射液联合利巴韦林治疗;对照组61例,采用利巴韦林治疗。观察两组患者体温下降、皮疹消退、重症病例发生及住院时间。结果:观察组患者住院时间、体温下降及皮疹消退时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合疗法可有明显改善、缓解患者临床症状,缩短皮疹及发热时间,具有高效抗病毒作用,协同效果作用明显,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease（HFMD）.Methods：A total of 120 children with HFMD treated in our hospital from March,2010 to October,2011 were divided into two groups randomly,in which the treatment group（59 cases） were treated with Tanreqing injection combined with ribavirin while the control group（61 cases） were treated with ribavirin alone.Time for patients to restore normal temperature and rash subsidence,the incidence of severe complications as well as hospitalization time in both groups were observed and compared.Results：Time for patients to restore normal temperature and rash subsidence,hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter,and incidence of severe complications lower than that of the control group（P0.01）.Conclusions： The combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine can improve and alleviate clinical symptoms significantly,shortening the time of rash and fever for patients with HFMD.It is efficiently antiviral,significantly synergic thus worth of clinical application.
