荧光纤维支气管镜在老年高龄肺癌患者诊断中的价值

Value of Auto Fluorescence Bronchoscope in Diagnosis of Lung Cancer in Aged Patients

本文选择2009年1月至2011年6月,在我科行荧光纤维支气管镜(Auto FluorescenceBronchoscope,AFB)检查并最终确诊的60例老年高龄肺癌患者,并对其检查效果进行评价。通过普通白光(White Light Bronchoscope,WLB)和自体荧光成像(Auto Fluorescence Imaging,AFI)两种光源镜检查方式的对比,得出AFB检查对老年高龄肺癌患者的早期诊断具有较高的临床价值。

This article evaluated the value of auto fluorescence bronchoscope（AFB） on diagnosis of lung cancer in sixty pathologically confirmed cases of aged patients who underwent AFB procedure from January 2009 to June 2011.By comparing the sensitivity and accuracy of AFB and white light bronchoscope（WLB） in airway examination,it is concluded that AFB examination has greater clinical value on early diagnosis of lung cancer in aged patients.
