麝香保心丸治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛临床效果研究 被引量：11

摘要 目的观察麝香保心丸对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法将60例入选的冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组30例给予常规西药治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上,加服麝香保心丸,评价两组的治疗效果并观察和分析两组患者治疗前后的血脂指标变化。结果治疗组总有效率(90.00%)明显高于对照组(70.00%),相比较有显著差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后TG、LDL-c明显降低,与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论麝香保心丸可以通过调节血脂改善不稳定性心绞痛患者临床症状。
