太白洋参药材稳定性研究

Medicine Stability Study of Taibai Ginseng

目的研究太白洋参药材的稳定性,为临床用药提供质量控制依据。方法对存放两年的药材进行检查,浸出物,桃叶珊瑚苷含量进行研究分析。结果在两年的贮存过程当中,太白洋参药材水分含量,灰分含量在该药材质量标准所定范围之内,未发现虫蛀和霉变现象。结论该药材在两年内质量稳定。

Objective To study the stability of Taibai ginseng and to provide quality control evidence for clinical application of drugs.MethodsTaibai ginseng which has been stored for two years was examined;extracts and aucubin content were studied and analyzed.Results During two years＇ storage,moisture content and ash content of Taibai ginseng were within the quality standard.There was no damage by worms and mould spoilage.Conclusion The quality of the drug is stable within two years.
