摘要
目的研究太白米的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱、Sephadex-LH20凝胶柱、开放ODS-C18柱等色谱进行分离纯化,通过理化常数测定、薄层色谱检测和1H-NMR、13C-NMR、HMBC、HSQC、MS等波谱技术进行化合物的结构鉴定。结果从中药太白米中的95%乙醇提取物中分离得到了5个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、对甲氧基桂皮酸(Ⅱ)、对羟基桂皮酸(Ⅲ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅳ)、对羟基桂皮酸酯苷(Ⅴ)。结论化合物Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ为首次从该种植物中分离得到的有机酸类化合物,也为首次从植物中分离得到的天然产物。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Taibaimi(Notholirion Bulbuliferum).Methods Color spectrums such as silica gel column,Sephadex-LH20 gel column and open ODS-C18 column were employed to perform separation and purification.Physicochemical constants measurement,thin-layer chromatography and spectrum techniques such as 1H-NMR,13C-NMR,HMBC,HSQC and MS were used to perform structure identification of the compounds.Results Five chemical compounds were separated from 95% ethanol extract of Taibaimi(Notholirion Bulbuliferum),which were identified as β-sitosterol(Ⅰ),ethyl p-methoxycinnamic acid(Ⅱ),hydroxycinnamic acid(Ⅲ),daucosterol(Ⅳ) and hydroxycinnamic acid esters(Ⅴ).ConclusionType Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were organic acids compounds and natural products firstly separated from the plant.
